Supervisor Opportunity at Welwyn Garden City

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Welwyn Garden City. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of retail professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Assist the Store Manager in maintaining a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising and stock management.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and implement visual merchandising plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of retail experience.
  • Ability to develop and implement visual merchandising plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
