Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Engineer to join our team at & Security Systems Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and servicing of fire detection and alarm systems, life safety systems, and security systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Install and commission fire detection and alarm systems, life safety systems, and security systems in accordance with current regulations and manufacturer's instructions.
- Service and maintain existing systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Liaise with customers to ensure their systems are meeting their needs and provide technical support and guidance as required.
- Work closely with our works department to ensure best practice and cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Complete and return all company documentation and certification in a timely manner.
- Sound knowledge of fire, life safety, and security control and field equipment.
- Experience with Gent Vigilon products and manufacturer-trained for various fire, life safety, and security systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of the causes and cures of fire alarm problems and ability to recommend changes to practices and processes that may cause false alarms.
- Full and detailed understanding of BS5839-1:2017.
- Completed FIA or equivalent training units and Basic Electrical Safety training (ECA).
