We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team in Dorking. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for processing stock and non-stock invoices, managing accounts payable, and preparing supplier payment runs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage accounts payable, responding to suppliers as required
  • Prepare and process supplier payment runs
  • Reconcile supplier statements and ensure financial accuracy
  • Process employee expenses and prepare payment runs
  • Process invoices approved by the Accountant
  • Reconcile daily cash and card collections to system reports and bank receipts
Requirements:
  • Must be numerate and have excellent attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to commit to a 3-month contract
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate of GBP11.44-GBP13.00
  • Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
