Full-time, permanent position based in our Head Office in Dorking, Surrey.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Support the Managing Director by managing key administrative tasks and processes, using discretion and sound judgment to ensure correct prioritisation, suitable drafting of responses, and production of supplementary information as required.
- Attend key meetings, track action, help drive completion of key deliverables, and follow up on outstanding items.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the MD and Account Managers.
- Acting as a point of contact between executives, internal teams, customers and external partners.
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required to support the Sales team and the broader organisation.
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Managing travel arrangements.

**We are looking for someone who has**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role within a fast-paced company
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Package & Benefits**:

- Salary £35,000 pa
- 22 Days holiday per annum, increasing to 25 days after one full years’ service.

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
