Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support local accounting needs as part of our centralized EMEA FP&A function. This role will be located in the UK and may involve travel.

As a Junior Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accounts, receivables, and payables, as well as recording financial transactions daily. You will also prepare and submit periodic financial reports to management and perform account reconciliations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a business administration or finance qualification and at least one year of experience in a similar role. European language skills would be an advantage, as would experience with financial closings and Oracle Finance.

• Posting journal entries
• Preparing financial statements
• Maintaining accounts, receivables, and payables
• Recording financial transactions daily
• Issuing payment invoices and receipts to clients
• Preparing and submitting periodic financial reports to management
• Performing account reconciliations
• Processing income statements, balance sheets, and other management account reports
• Reviewing expenditures of the company
• Assisting with asset audits
