ROLE: Trainee Technical Support Specialist

DESCRIPTION: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Technical Support team at Midas, a well-established business with over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting with various projects and making site visits to monitor progress.
  • Providing both in-house and external training as required.
  • Completing customer handovers with required instructions.

  • Updating product application guides.
  • Designing spec sheets including images, recordings and installation guides.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry.
  • Confidence in providing technical support.
  • Hands-on approach and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
