Job Title: Technical Support Representative

We are recruiting for a Technical Support Representative to join our team at Proftech Talent. The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge and understanding of automotive electrical systems or the willingness to learn. They will also have some knowledge in automotive aftermarket installations, such as car audio, reversing cameras, vehicle CCTV, and tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to the current Technical and R&D team
• Assist with the design and production of innovative vehicle safety and security products
• Collaborate with the team to achieve high standards and take pride in any work undertaken

Requirements:
• Basic knowledge and understanding of automotive electrical systems or the willingness to learn
• Some knowledge in automotive aftermarket installations
• Exemplary customer service standards
• Good knowledge of MS office
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work co-operatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies
• Ability to act and operate independently
