RCH Care Homes is dedicated to providing a nurturing and beautifully designed environment for individuals requiring Nursing, Residential, and Dementia care. We are currently looking for compassionate and dedicated Supportive Care Assistants to become part of our warm and friendly team.

Your role will involve assisting residents with essential personal care tasks, including bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, and meal support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging residents in physical and mental activities through recreational and social events, both individually and in groups.
  • Taking charge of the physical, emotional, and social well-being of the residents.
  • Participating in the creation and implementation of resident care plans, ensuring awareness of any specialized support requirements.
  • Exhibiting flexibility in your schedule due to shift work.
  • Receiving ongoing training and support to enhance your professional development.

While formal qualifications are not mandatory as we provide comprehensive training, the following attributes are preferred:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (desirable but not essential).
