Requirements

  • Experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable
  • Commitment to providing care with a focus on resident empowerment
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Reliability and flexibility, with a strong work ethic
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • A Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care is desirable but not essential
  • Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
