About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor in Gretna. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, advising customers on shoe care and accessories, and achieving daily sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Advise customers on shoe care and accessories, achieving daily sales targets and providing personalized recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to maintain a friendly, engaging, and positive store environment
  • Support the maintenance of store standards, product placements, and stockroom
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and weekdays
  • Good availability, with a willingness to work a mix of 8 and 12-hour shifts
