Job Title: Advancement Services Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professional Techniques/Production: Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance guest satisfaction and hotel operations.
  • Talent & Culture Responsibilities: Lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages growth and development.
  • Commercial/Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Management and Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Advancement Services team, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Hygiene/Personal Safety/Environment: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Guest-Oriented: Demonstrate a genuine passion for providing outstanding guest experiences and exceeding expectations.
