Role Overview: We are seeking a Motor Claims Operations Manager to lead a team of Motor Claims Handlers in a fully remote environment. This position offers the necessary tools for success, including a high-end Apple MacBook and additional screens, within a supportive and collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Motor Claims Handlers, overseeing a diverse caseload that includes Damage, Credit Hire, and Personal Injury claims.
- Provide training, development, and coaching to team members.
- Allocate workloads effectively and serve as an escalation point for complex complaints.
- Conduct file and audit checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Act as a referral point for more intricate or contentious claims.
Candidate Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of motor claims and demonstrate strong leadership abilities. You should thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and be willing to engage in various projects as the company continues to grow.
