Role Overview: We are seeking a Motor Claims Operations Manager to lead a team of Motor Claims Handlers in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Motor Claims Handlers, overseeing a diverse caseload that includes Damage, Credit Hire, and Personal Injury claims.

  • Conduct file and audit checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
