Office Support Specialist

Location: Huddersfield with options for a hybrid working pattern

Salary: Up to £28,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Key Responsibilities: Office Support Specialist

  • Assist with a diverse range of administrative duties to support colleagues and clients.
  • Compile and manage critical data for reports and portfolio assessments.
  • Handle inquiries and correspondence from clients and service providers.
  • Maintain the client database and manage the Partner and Advisors' schedules.
  • Process new business applications and coordinate with SJP administrative teams.
  • Receive training and have opportunities for growth and development in this exciting and fast-paced sector.

Candidate Profile: Office Support Specialist

To qualify for this position, you should possess:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Administrator in a Financial Services support capacity.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to foster relationships and manage client interactions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to think quickly.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Confidence in engaging with colleagues and third parties while maintaining confidentiality.
