Job Summary

We are looking for a commercial property agent and surveyor with a proven track record in the industry, ideally with experience in all commercial sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling lettings, sales, and acquisitions of commercial properties, as well as providing expert advice and guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling lettings, sales, and acquisitions of commercial properties
  • Attending inspections and undertaking property surveys
  • Preparing marketing strategies and property particulars
  • Attending viewings and managing online advertising platforms
  • Preparing reports required for planning purposes
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients

Requirements

  • Qualified surveyor and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
  • Experience in all commercial sectors
  • Strong IT, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Competent with marketing and advertising strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
