We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Agent and Surveyor to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling the lettings, sales, and acquisitions of commercial properties across various sectors, including retail, office, industrial, and leisure facilities.
  • Liaising with clients and reporting on marketing strategies and enquiries received.
  • Providing clients with relevant information on available premises within our portfolio.
  • Attending inspections and undertaking property surveys, producing reports for clients.
  • Preparing marketing strategies and property particulars.
  • Managing viewings and online advertising platforms.
  • Dealing with landlord, tenant, and buyer due diligence for compliance purposes.
  • Handling negotiations on all transactions and reporting to clients efficiently and accurately.
  • Preparing reports required for planning purposes, where applicable.
  • Assisting with lease advisory work, including rent reviews and renewals.

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial estate agency, ideally across all sectors.
  • Qualification as a surveyor and membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
  • Strong IT, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Competitive salary and company benefits.
