Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Agent and Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the lettings, sales, and acquisitions of commercial properties, as well as providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Working within the commercial agency department to handle the lettings, sales, and acquisitions of commercial properties.
- Liaising with clients and reporting information on marketing strategies and enquiries received.
- Liaising with applicants on their search criteria and ensuring they are provided relevant information on available premises within the portfolio.
- Attending inspections and undertaking property surveys before producing reports back to new and existing clients.
- Preparation of marketing strategies and property particulars.
- Attending to viewings and managing the online advertising platforms.
- Dealing with landlord, tenant, and buyer due diligence for compliance purposes.
- Handling negotiations on all transactions and reporting to clients efficiently and accurately.
- Preparation of reports required for planning purposes where applicable.
- From time to time, there may also be additional professional work required within the lease advisory area of surveying, particularly dealing with rent reviews and renewals.
- Competent with IT, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to make a difference to the company and be a team player to help achieve new highs.
- Good competitive salary and other company benefits.
- Driving license required.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with the office based in Stratford. We are looking for someone who can provide us with new ideas and be part of our inclusive environment that prides itself on giving employees the platform to grow their career along with the future growth of the firm.
