Commercial Graduate Surveyor

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Graduate Surveyor to join our team at Nacropolis Group. As a Commercial Graduate Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting our team in the preparation of advice across both commercial and residential property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Perform local and national real estate market analysis using all accepted and relevant approaches and theory.
  • Valuation and Asset Management: Assist in the delivery of LPA receivership cases, blending valuation, asset management, and transaction management skillsets.
  • Reporting and Presentation: Draft internal and external reports and presentation material for review by Directors and Managing Directors.
  • Advisory Assignments: Assist in advisory assignments with a focus on Options Analysis particularly in relation to workout scenarios.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Work and communicate efficiently with third party suppliers assisting in the delivery of restructuring and receivership mandates, including agents, auctioneers, contractors, and solicitors.
  • Project Management: Manage instruction timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support to the Team: Provide assistance to the wider team where necessary.
  • Property and Market Research: Undertake property and market research.
  • Industry Events: Attend relevant industry events to broaden your knowledge and experience within the real estate industry.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • A desire to work towards becoming MRICS qualified.
  • Knowledge of real estate generally.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work to a demanding schedule in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Superior interpersonal, communication, marketing, sales, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent research abilities.
  • Ability to make effective decisions by analysing information and considering priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated experience of managing day-to-day aspects of client relationships and projects.
  • A valid driver's license.
