COMMERCIAL PROPERTY AGENCY SURVEYOR - STRATFORD - APC SUPPORT AVAILABLE

Dove & Hawk is collaborating with a Chartered Surveying Firm located in Stratford to recruit a Commercial Property Agency Surveyor to enhance their skilled team. With a solid client portfolio, the firm is experiencing organic growth and seeks a professional with experience in Commercial Property Agency. This position is ideal for individuals committed to a long-term career in Commercial Real Estate within a supportive yet professional atmosphere. The role is suitable for either a Chartered Surveyor or a candidate with relevant Commercial Agency experience who is seeking guidance to complete their APC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging in the commercial agency division, managing the leasing, sales, and acquisition of commercial properties.
  • Communicating with clients and providing updates on marketing strategies and inquiries received.
  • Assisting applicants with their property search criteria and ensuring they receive pertinent information about available properties.
  • Conducting property inspections and surveys, followed by reporting findings to both new and existing clients.
  • Developing marketing strategies and property descriptions.
  • Facilitating property viewings and overseeing online advertising platforms.
  • Conducting due diligence for landlords, tenants, and buyers to ensure compliance.
  • Managing negotiations for all transactions and delivering accurate reports to clients.
  • Preparing necessary reports for planning purposes when applicable.
  • Occasionally, additional professional tasks may arise within the lease advisory sector, particularly concerning rent reviews and renewals.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial Agent in the London market.
  • A RICS accredited degree is preferred.
  • A proven track record of securing instructions from both new and existing clients.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial leasing market.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation: £30-35,000 base salary with potential earnings exceeding £45,000 in the first year (FULL APC SUPPORT AVAILABLE)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm.
