Dove & Hawk is collaborating with a Chartered Surveying Firm seeking to enhance their team with a Commercial Property Agency Surveyor. This firm, known for its established clientele, is experiencing organic growth and is in search of a dedicated professional with experience in Commercial Agency. This position is ideal for individuals committed to a long-term career in Commercial Property within a supportive and professional atmosphere. We welcome applications from both Chartered Surveyors and those with relevant Commercial Agency experience who are looking for the necessary support to complete their APC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging in the commercial agency division, managing the leasing, sales, and acquisition of commercial properties.
- Communicating with clients and providing updates on marketing strategies and inquiries.
- Assisting applicants with their property search criteria and ensuring they receive pertinent information about available properties.
- Conducting property inspections and surveys, followed by reporting findings to both new and existing clients.
- Developing marketing strategies and creating property descriptions.
- Facilitating property viewings and overseeing online advertising efforts.
- Managing landlord, tenant, and buyer due diligence to ensure compliance.
- Negotiating all transactions and delivering accurate reports to clients.
- Preparing necessary reports for planning purposes when applicable.
- Occasionally, additional professional responsibilities may arise within the lease advisory sector, particularly concerning rent reviews and renewals.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial Agent in the London market.
- A RICS accredited degree is preferred.
- Proven success in securing instructions from both new and existing clients.
- In-depth knowledge of the commercial leasing market.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Compensation: £30-35,000 Base Salary with potential earnings exceeding £45,000 in the first year (FULL APC SUPPORT AVAILABLE)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm.
