Dove & Hawk is collaborating with a Chartered Surveying Practice seeking to enhance their team with a Commercial Property Agency Surveyor. With a robust client portfolio, the firm is experiencing organic growth and is in search of a dedicated professional with experience in Commercial Agency. This position is ideal for individuals committed to a long-term career in Commercial Property within a supportive and professional environment. The role is suitable for either a Chartered professional or someone with prior Commercial Agency experience who is looking for the necessary support to complete their APC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging within the commercial agency division to manage the leasing, sales, and acquisitions of commercial properties.
- Communicating with clients and providing updates on marketing strategies and inquiries received.
- Interacting with applicants to understand their requirements and ensuring they receive pertinent information about available properties.
- Conducting property inspections and surveys, followed by detailed reporting to both new and existing clients.
- Developing marketing strategies and property descriptions.
- Facilitating viewings and overseeing online advertising platforms.
- Managing landlord, tenant, and buyer due diligence to ensure compliance.
- Negotiating all transactions and providing accurate and timely reports to clients.
- Preparing necessary reports for planning purposes when applicable.
- Occasionally, additional professional tasks may arise within the lease advisory sector, particularly concerning rent reviews and renewals.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Commercial Agent within the London market.
- A RICS accredited degree is preferred.
- A proven track record of securing instructions from both new and existing clients.
- Strong understanding of the commercial leasing market.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Compensation: £30-35,000 Base Salary with potential earnings exceeding £45,000 in the first year (FULL APC SUPPORT AVAILABLE)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm.
