We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Agent and Surveyor to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling the lettings, sales, and acquisitions of commercial properties across various sectors, including retail, office, industrial, and leisure facilities.
- Liaising with clients and reporting on marketing strategies and enquiries received.
- Providing clients with relevant information on available premises within our portfolio.
- Attending inspections and undertaking property surveys, producing reports for clients.
- Preparing marketing strategies and property particulars.
- Managing viewings and online advertising platforms.
- Dealing with landlord, tenant, and buyer due diligence for compliance purposes.
- Handling negotiations on all transactions and reporting to clients efficiently and accurately.
- Preparing reports required for planning purposes, where applicable.
- Assisting with lease advisory work, including rent reviews and renewals.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial estate agency, ideally across all sectors.
- Qualification as a surveyor and membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
- Strong IT, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive salary and company benefits.
- Driving license required.
