We are Centrica, a family of brands revolutionising a cleaner, greener future. Our mission is to energise a greener, fairer future, and we're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Skills Trainer.

As a Technical Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to our engineers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to meet our customers' needs. You will work closely with our business and the wider sector to develop a workforce of highly skilled and technically excellent engineers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Quality delivery of technical training relating to all key engineering disciplines
  • Group management and learning journey progression for engineer training groups
  • Meeting performance levels in relation to success rates and timely skills and qualification attainment
  • Managing administration relating to engineer training, assessment, and internal quality assurance
  • Leading by example and promoting a culture of safety and inclusivity

We're looking for a professional with a strong background in technical training and a passion for developing others. You will be a leader and role model, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Essential Qualification:

  • Must hold Core ACS +4
