We are seeking a highly skilled Agricultural Banking Specialist to join our team at Corporate Recruitment Solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Support Agricultural Relationship Managers: Work closely with Relationship Managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Agricultural sector.
- Business Development: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Agricultural industry, including farmers, suppliers, and other business partners.
- Credit Analysis: Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessments to ensure the bank's lending decisions are sound and aligned with our risk management policies.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.

Requirements:
