Lead Service Management Advisor

Position Overview
We are in search of a Lead Service Management Advisor who is eager to advance their professional journey while ensuring client satisfaction. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in designing, developing, and executing Service Management and Service Integration initiatives, alongside conducting thorough research and analysis. This role may involve independent work or collaboration within a team setting.
Location: Hybrid (UK-Wide Offices)
Compensation: £55,000 plus benefits, perks, and healthcare options
Travel Requirements: Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-time Permanent
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver expert consultancy to facilitate the comprehensive range of services required to evaluate, strategize, design, prepare, and implement our Service Integration framework.
- Utilize our established business transformation methodology for deploying Service Management solutions. You will employ techniques such as Service Maturity Assessment and requirements gathering, effectively communicating the business advantages to clients, whether in a pre-sales context or during transition and transformation phases.
- Lead and manage workshops and work streams as necessary, working either autonomously or as part of a larger program team.
- Contribute to proposals and assist in presenting solutions to prospective clients.
- Oversee specific or multiple work streams and engage in transition and transformation initiatives that lead to the establishment and activation of SIAM operating models.

Required Skills and Experience
- Expertise in SIAM implementation and transformation.
- Familiarity with ISO20000, AI Ops, Cloud, SACM, Digital Service Management, and Digital Adoption.
- Proficiency in IT service management tool suites, including those offered by ServiceNow.
- Experience in operational management and service delivery within customer-focused or outsourcing environments.
- Background in developing core service management processes and reporting, aligned with ServiceNow and other service management tool suites.
Security Clearance Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks and be eligible for SC clearance.
