Job Description: Data Migration Lead - ERP Systems

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Migration Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in the successful execution of data migration projects for our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data migration methodologies, strong technical expertise in ERP systems (particularly Oracle Fusion), and exceptional stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall management of data migration work streams, ensuring seamless delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Develop comprehensive data migration strategies, encompassing data cleansing, reconciliation, and integration plans.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, align expectations, and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the data migration process.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record of successful data migration projects within ERP environments, with a strong preference for Oracle Fusion.
  • In-depth understanding of data warehousing principles, ETL processes, and database technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
