About the Role
As a Customer Engagement Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers
- Discussing the benefits of renewable energy technologies and determining their energy needs
- Booking appointments for our Business Development Managers
- Representing Certas Energy's tailored renewable energy solutions for the commercial market
