We are collaborating with a forward-thinking integrated PR and communications agency to find a new Director of Social Media Strategy. This role involves guiding a talented social team as they continue to build on their recent achievements. They partner with a diverse range of clients, including well-known consumer brands in the Food and FMCG sectors, as well as some B2B clients. About the Role of Director of Social Media Strategy

The Director of Social Media Strategy will play a pivotal leadership role, reporting directly to the executive team, and overseeing a well-established and balanced social media team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational, strategic, and commercial direction for the social media team.
  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies for high-profile brand clients.
  • Mentor, guide, and support team members in their professional growth.
  • Lead the pitch processes for new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other agency teams and services to ensure cohesive strategies.
