**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Windows and Linux machines, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Utilize your expertise in YAML and Git to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Configure and manage MDM solutions, including InTune, to ensure secure and efficient hardware deployment.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of networks and VLANs to ensure secure and efficient data transmission.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in 1st and 2nd line support for Windows and Linux machines.
  • Strong knowledge of YAML and Git.
