Harrington Starr is seeking a skilled Service Desk Technician to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Windows and Linux machines, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Utilize your expertise in YAML and Git to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
- Configure and manage MDM solutions, including InTune, to ensure secure and efficient hardware deployment.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of networks and VLANs to ensure secure and efficient data transmission.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in 1st and 2nd line support for Windows and Linux machines.
- Strong knowledge of YAML and Git.
- Experience with MDM solutions, including InTune.
- Understanding of networks and VLANs.
