Clinical Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Support Worker to join our community nursing team in Kendal. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to patients in their own homes, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality care to patients in their own homes, working closely with other healthcare professionals.
- Assist with wound care, pressure ulcer management, and end-of-life care.
- Work as part of a dynamic team to provide 24-hour care coverage, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Develop a wide range of clinical skills and knowledge, including reablement and management of long-term conditions.
- Work closely with all health and social care disciplines to prevent hospital admission, facilitate hospital discharge, and promote independence.
- Access to own transport and ability to travel as required.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide high-quality care to patients.
