- Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership to align the people strategy with the overarching business objectives.
- Provide counsel to the PLC Board, remuneration committee, and nominations committee on strategic human resource matters.
- Develop and articulate a clear vision for the organization’s culture, values, and people practices.
- Lead the formulation of talent acquisition strategies, from recruitment through onboarding, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent.
- Establish a compelling vision to ensure thoughtful design and execution of talent development programs that foster employee growth, skill enhancement, and career advancement.
- Cultivate a learning culture that promotes continuous development and upskilling.
- Oversee the establishment of performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance evaluations.
- Implement data-driven systems to assess and enhance employee performance and productivity.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace, promoting diversity in all facets of the organization.
- Develop and monitor metrics to gauge progress in diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
