- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
- Oversee the development and delivery of internal and external e-learning solutions and the adoption of digital tools and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
- Provide leadership on Learning and Development initiatives and delivery of training programmes to enhance employee onboarding, skills, and career development.
- Drive continuous improvement in organisational design and workforce planning to support business growth and ensure our structure and processes support our business objectives.
- Implement effective change management strategies.
- Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation, benefits, and reward programs that motivate and reward employees and attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure that all HR policies and practices comply with UK employment law and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and coach HR team members, senior leaders, and managers across the organisation to enhance leadership capabilities and drive performance.
