As a clinical leader and expert practitioner, you will be responsible for providing leadership and management to the nursing and multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and support.
Main Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing and multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and support.
- Act as a clinical leader and expert practitioner, liaising with external agencies and providing feedback on the evaluation of good and poor practice to team members.
- Play a proactive role in quality and service improvement, working closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager and multidisciplinary team to audit clinical standards of care within the clinical area.
- Ensure a good working environment in which all patients receive a high standard of clinical care.
A variety of day and night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, will be required.
