Clinical Lead Nurse

The Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ward Sister/Charge Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing clinical and managerial leadership to the nursing and multi-professional team.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a clinical leader and expert practitioner, liaising, guiding, and advising the multidisciplinary team and external agencies in the provision of optimum patient care.
- Regularly review clinical records of patients under your sphere of responsibility, evaluating the effectiveness of care planning and delivery, and using the results to work with the team to improve patient outcomes.
- Provide feedback on the evaluation of good and poor practice to team members, ensuring effective role modeling and mentorship.
- Play a proactive role in quality and service improvement, working closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager and multi-disciplinary team to audit clinical standards of care within your clinical area.

- Excellent clinical and leadership skills, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
