Job Title: Content Creator

At Tata Technologies, we're shaping the future of product development by designing, engineering, and validating innovative products for leading manufacturers.

We're seeking a talented Content Creator to join our team at our customer site in Gaydon. As a key member of our IO Digital & Innovation team, you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, developing creative content that drives business engagement and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and create engaging digital and non-digital content that enhances internal communication, learning, and adoption initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content requirements, align on messaging, and ensure accuracy and relevance of information.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital content creation, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in multimedia production.
  • Optimize content for various digital platforms, including the company intranet, email newsletters, and social media channels, ensuring content is visually appealing, engaging, and accessible to the target audience.
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging across all internal communications, reflecting corporate values and culture in all digital content.
  • Ensure timely delivery of content to meet communication deadlines.
  • Develop and implement a design strategy and direction for all types of content within the Digital & Innovation team.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including SMEs, internal customers, and managers, to provide the best content solutions.
  • Support and sign off storyboard content, ensuring all content is fit for purpose.
  • Responsible for quality control, including Corporate Identity compliance across the team.
  • Provide feedback to management on development status and suggest resolutions to issues.
  • Develop and maintain a file management system.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a similar role in content development within a large organization.
  • Competent in using digital platforms, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Vyond, Articulate 360, Piktochart, or similar, to create content.
  • Competent in MS software packages, such as PowerPoint, Publisher, to create content.
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders at all levels to design, build, and deploy effective solutions that are cost-effective.
  • Experience of content creation and copywriting in appropriate formats delivered to stakeholders at varying levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
Desirable:
  • Creating and developing both video and photo productions with advanced levels of proficiency in planning, filming, and editing, using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to enhance videos and deliver high production value.
  • Knowledge of internal communication best practices, employee engagement strategies, and content marketing principles is a plus.
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
