As our next content Designer, you will be instrumental in driving and leading the necessary changes on our website. Your remit will involve carrying out all content changes on our Sitecore CMS, constantly ensuring our website has relevant and up-to-date content, based on both business requirements and proactive monitoring. It's a role that offers great opportunity and career growth in a constantly evolving space, allowing you to learn a huge amount in a short period and gain experience across our digital portfolio.

Your attitude and ability to learn and be open-minded to trying new and different things are key qualities that you possess. You thrive on the opportunity to grow your career in this space, relish the chance to learn a huge amount in a short period and enjoy gaining experience across our digital portfolio, not just our website. Speaking of our website, it's worth mentioning that it has won awards, as has our configurator. The purpose of this role is to carry out all content changes on our Sitecore CMS, ensuring that our website is constantly updated with relevant content. This involves both fulfilling requirements provided by the business and proactively monitoring the website.

You're not the type to create a backlog in work or require more senior team members to pick up the slack, causing delays in other work. This role isn't about that. Instead, it requires someone willing to go into Sitecore and make changes themselves, taking a proactive approach. In this role, you will have the chance to ask for help when needed, and you will be encouraged to actively seek out additional work. Building a good rapport with third-party agencies is also important.

To excel in this role, you will need to be someone who possesses unity, trust, and courage, and who is willing to learn and be open-minded. Working with a team of individuals, you will be responsible for making content changes on our website. Ranging from product launches and marketing campaigns to internal requests for content changes, your role as the overall custodian of our website will ensure that it stays up to date with the latest content and information. Your day-to-day activities will involve prioritising work with the digital team, assessing the volume of work, managing escalations or risks, and working collaboratively with the content editing and digital developing team to meet agreed timelines. Leading show and tells to the wider digital team before publishing live is also part of your responsibilities.

The Key Requirements...
- Ideally, having worked in a similar Content Editor position
- Experience gained within any industry.
- Some understanding of working firsthand on websites and qualification ideally a degree in something similar to computer science or digital marketing or equivalent.
- Can-do attitude and willingness to get stuff done.
- Aspirations to grow and develop in the world of digital.

You'll be helping us to achieve our plans and working towards our goal of becoming the world's most desirable ultra-luxury British performance brand. For over 110 years, Aston Martin has crafted the most exquisite and addictive performance sports cars. But we acknowledge that no one builds an Aston Martin on their own.
