About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Mortgage team as a Customer Service Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive a superior experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers over the telephone, using strong verbal skills to build meaningful relationships and resolve queries in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements
