The Lowry serves as a hub for visual and performing arts, located in a vibrant cultural and media district.
Role Overview:
We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and proactive People Operations Manager to join our compact HR team, delivering exceptional human resources support to the management and staff across all departments within our diverse organization.
This position will report to the Head of HR and encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, developing HR policies and procedures, facilitating training and development initiatives, and maintaining HR data and systems.
Additionally, there will be opportunities to engage in projects that align with the broader HR and organizational strategy.Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a CIPD qualification at level 5 or higher, demonstrate a strong understanding of UK employment legislation, and have prior experience in a generalist HR advisory role.
