We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes and employee engagement across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and support the growth of our EMEA operations.
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers across the region.
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and Employment Legal team to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Identify and prioritize employee conduct and performance concerns, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local leaders, people managers, and employees to foster a positive work environment.
  • Develop and conduct employee and manager training and coaching programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with local market trends and labor laws to ensure our HR approach and policies are effective and compliant.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of HR Generalist and employee relations experience in roles of progressively increasing scope and seniority in matrixed, high-growth organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws across the EMEA region for both exempt and non-exempt employees.
  • Experience in a high-profile, strategic HR role with heavy executive-level interface and a high degree of executive influence.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
