Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience managing a substantial book of business, with proven success in client retention and business growth through effective FX trading solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications in financial markets or trading would be advantageous.
  • Several years of experience on an FX trading desk at a bank or large financial institution, with a subsequent transition into a sales-oriented role, demonstrating a blend of trading acumen and sales expertise.
  • Exceptional ability to balance sales and trading tasks, demonstrating expertise in negotiating and closing deals while managing complex trades.
  • Strong communication and client service skills, capable of effectively managing client expectations and building professional relationships.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to devise and implement complex trading strategies based on client needs and market conditions.
