Primary Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role encompass:

Strategic Leadership and Execution: Direct vital initiatives within the Making Time Matter initiative, ensuring alignment with ESNEFT's strategic objectives and overarching healthcare goals. Formulate and implement program outcomes that yield significant quality and financial advantages, adhering to organizational benchmarks and standards. Stakeholder Engagement and Advocacy: Act as a principal ambassador for transformation, engaging and fostering consensus among a diverse array of internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare collaborators and patient groups. Navigate complex environments effectively to garner support and inspire active involvement in program initiatives. Operational Planning and Guidance: Provide comprehensive strategic planning and management assistance to the Associate Director for Strategic Improvement. Adjust strategies to meet evolving circumstances and ensure the seamless integration of new processes with existing operations. Establish clear objectives, milestones, and performance metrics to effectively monitor and realize the strategic vision. Project Management and Oversight: Develop and supervise detailed project plans, charters, and reports, ensuring projects meet established milestones and performance indicators. Implement robust monitoring systems to evaluate project performance and take necessary corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.

Job Responsibilities

Leadership and Development: Chair project groups and facilitate organization-wide workshops to enhance capabilities in continuous improvement methodologies. Mentor and coach staff, nurturing a culture of innovation and sustained improvement throughout the organization. Communication and Collaboration: Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports on project progress to boards, committees, and key stakeholders. Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with other change leaders to ensure co-production of initiatives that align with the highest standards of care and operational efficiency.
