Role Overview:

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this position will play a crucial role in supporting the Marketing team across various customer communication channels. This includes responsibilities in brand content creation, social media management, email marketing, and copywriting.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

  • Maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring all scheduled activities are current and communicated effectively.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to enhance marketing plans.
  • Manage entries for prestigious industry awards and collaborate with teams to gather necessary data.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to generate engaging stories for internal and external promotion.
  • Act as a 'brand guardian' to ensure uniformity in all communications.
  • Monitor new customer activity through our CRM system, analyzing purchasing behaviors and trends.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of events.

Social Media:

  • Oversee the social media schedule, planning content in advance and updating the marketing calendar accordingly.
  • Create and edit high-quality content to cultivate an active presence on social media platforms, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Regularly analyze social media metrics to assess and enhance performance.

Website Management:

  • Update website content, ensuring information is current and optimized for search engines.
  • Plan and create engaging blog posts for the website.
  • Work closely with the IT team to maintain website assets.

Asset Management:

  • Develop and manage a centralized repository of photography and video content for digital marketing.
  • Coordinate the production of printed materials such as brochures and business cards.

Email Marketing:

  • Implement email campaigns as outlined by the Marketing Manager, targeting specific customer segments.
  • Assist in the creation of digital newsletters and manage the email database.
  • Support the sales team with data insights and trends derived from email communications.
