Higos Insurance Services, part of Brown & Brown Europe, is seeking a skilled Personal Lines Insurance Adviser to join their successful team based in Clevedon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and deliver against agreed Renewal Retention or New Business Targets, contributing to the team's overall targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct thorough pre-renewal reviews and market reviews for clients, offering the most suitable policy and product.
  • Invite Personal Lines policies in good time, adhering to Higos' operational guidance.
  • Ensure policies are renewed on or before the renewal date.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks, keeping them up to date and not overdue.
  • Identify and discuss cross-sell opportunities with clients.
  • Complete training and prepare for regular one-to-ones and annual year-end reviews.
  • Adhere to the Training & Competency scheme and pass audits.
  • Keep up to date with Continuous Professional Development Plan (CPD).
  • Undertake small projects and provide specialist input into wider business projects and initiatives.

Requirements
  • Knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance covering Motor and Household risks.
  • Insurance experience handling new enquiries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments.
  • Good knowledge of the Personal Lines Market place.
  • Ability to identify the best policy to meet clients' needs.
  • Ability to take responsibility for own performance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
