Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Insurance Adviser to join our successful team at Brown & Brown Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, conducting market reviews, and offering tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market reviews to identify the most suitable insurance policies for clients.
  • Invite clients to renew their policies in a timely manner, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Ensure all policies are renewed on or before the renewal date, adhering to our operational priorities and risk management protocols.
  • Complete all tasks and roles as assigned by your line manager, ensuring compliance with our rules, procedures, and policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and prepare for regular one-to-ones and annual reviews.
  • Adhere to our Training & Competency scheme and pass audits, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through Continuous Professional Development (CPD) initiatives.
  • Contribute to small projects and initiatives as required, providing specialist input and expertise to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in handling new enquiries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments in the insurance industry.
  • Ability to identify and recommend the best insurance policies to meet clients' needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding targets.
  • Basic salary + bonus, with a range of additional benefits and discounts, including pension, holiday, and life insurance.

Working Arrangements:

  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • Monday to Friday working hours.
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Clevedon, Somerset.
