About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our dynamic team within The Milverton Suite, Haematology & Oncology Day Unit at Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital. You will play a vital role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to patients undergoing systemic anti-cancer therapy and supportive treatments.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and commitment to patient well-being.
  • Utilize your clinical expertise and empathy to deliver individualized care tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Administer systemic anti-cancer therapy and supportive treatments with precision and care.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Assist in holistic needs assessments and UKONS triage and assessments.
  • Provide exceptional patient education, empowering them to actively participate in their treatment journey.

About You

You will be a registered nurse with a UKONS SACT passport (or equivalent) and a minimum of 6 months experience administering SACT. Your skills should include phlebotomy, cannulation, and accessing Central Venous Access Devices. Proficiency in UKONS triage is essential.
