Position: Junior Culinary Specialist

Role Overview

As a Junior Culinary Specialist, you will work closely with our culinary team to create delicious meals that promote health and well-being.

In addition to possessing strong presentation, organizational, and communication skills, you will exhibit a genuine enthusiasm for food and service.

  • Support the Head Chef in various aspects of food preparation, production, and service.
  • Ensure that the quality and presentation of all dishes align with the company's standards and client expectations.
  • Oversee and mentor kitchen assistants, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Contribute to menu planning and development, considering dietary needs, nutritional guidelines, and seasonal ingredients.
  • Collaborate with the catering team to implement special events, themed dinners, and other culinary projects.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized kitchen environment, consistently adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, culinary techniques, and new ingredients to enhance menu offerings and the overall dining experience.
  • Encourage a positive workplace atmosphere by demonstrating leadership qualities, effective communication, and teamwork.

  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
