- Participate in menu planning and development, considering dietary needs, nutritional standards, and seasonal produce.
- Work with the catering team to implement special events, themed meals, and other culinary projects.
- Maintain a tidy and organized kitchen, consistently adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, culinary techniques, and new ingredients to continually improve menu offerings and the overall dining experience.
- Encourage a positive work atmosphere by demonstrating leadership, effective communication, and teamwork.
