Position Overview:

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Junior Culinary Specialist at The Londoner Hotel.

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes, adhering strictly to established recipes and contributing to overall kitchen quality control.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to acquire new culinary techniques from experienced chefs.
  • Ensure timely preparation of all mise en place, maintaining adequate quantities for daily service.
  • Provide support to senior kitchen staff consistently.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Exhibit a genuine passion for culinary arts and a desire to learn and master new cooking methods.
  • Possess a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Have the confidence to engage with fellow chefs and foster positive relationships within the team.
