Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for completing a range of duties, focusing on commercial building surveying, including dilapidations, party wall work, traditional surveys, and neighbourly matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Completing building surveying duties, including dilapidations, party wall work, traditional surveys, and neighbourly matters
  • Working with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborating with other professionals, such as architects and engineers, to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Conducting site visits and inspections to assess property conditions and identify potential issues
  • Preparing and presenting reports and recommendations to clients
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Building Surveyor on commercial property
  • Relevant degree in a field such as building surveying, architecture, or engineering
  • MRICS qualification (desirable)
  • Full driving licence
