Exciting Opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor

Brandon James, a bespoke Surveying and Architectural Consultancy, is seeking a vibrant Graduate Building Surveyor to join their Bristol team.

The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will work closely with an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to support a busy project portfolio across Bristol.

This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee bespoke private residential projects, ranging from £20,000 to £2 million, and be involved in every aspect of the process, including client briefing meetings, drawings, design, specifications, contract administration, and feasibility and handover.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and open-minded individual with a BSc/MSc in Building Surveying, Architecture, or a similar field.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting a busy project portfolio across Bristol
  • Overseeing bespoke private residential projects
  • Working closely with an experienced Senior Building Surveyor
  • Being involved in every aspect of the project process
