Exciting Opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our construction consultancy, you will play a vital role in delivering building services on challenging projects across multiple sectors.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in building surveying, with a proven track record of managing projects and conducting professional building surveying duties such as building inspections and assessments to identify defects.

The successful candidate will have:

  • MRICS status
  • The Right to Work in the UK
  • A Full UK Driving Licence

As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for advising clients on all aspects of the project, from commencement to delivery. You will also lead the building surveying team and support the learning of junior building surveyors.

We offer a competitive salary of £55-70,000, 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, and a range of benefits including internal progression, flexible work arrangements, and continuous professional development training.
